Charisma Carpenter
Charisma Carpenter is an American actor, best known for her portrayal of Cordelia Chase in the famous teen show "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and the 'Angel' series. Even though she's a trained ballerina and was an elite cheerleader, Carpenter was a performer only through fate. The discovery of her by a professional agent who was waiting tables at Los Angeles, Carpenter quickly became a successful commercial model, to becoming a major character in one of the most popular fiction dramas of the 1990s. In the years following her time on 'Cordelia,' Carpenter played short stints on popular teen shows such as "Miss Match," "Charmed,' and 'Veronica Mars. A reality TV show that aired on Investigation Discovery 'Surviving Evil' (originally titled 'I Survived Evil'), surprised a number of people. Carpenter shared her terrifying story of being assaulted by a rapist serial after she reached the age of 21. It brought to light the side of Carpenter which a majority of viewers did not know about.
